Which processes do states in transition go through in terms of CSB and development?
Think of new EU-member states which until recently were recipients of development support but now have to pay for that of others. What transitional processes and lessons learned can we identify, for instance through a longitudinal comparison of Central Asian countries or Middle-Eastern countries.
